Health board changes data sharing policy after CI court win

NHS Tayside announced a change to its policy on data sharing in light of the UK Supreme Court’s historic ruling against the Named Person scheme. In this interview Lesley Scott, who wrote to the board, welcomes the change and stresses that other health boards and local authorities should watch their step.
