Watch Christian B&B owner Hazelmary Bull speak to thousands at a Support Ashers event last month.
She spoke about God’s faithfulness when she and her husband Peter faced court for their traditional marriage beliefs.
She joined Ashers Baking Company’s General Manager Daniel McArthur in addressing over 2,000 people, who packed into Belfast’s Waterfront Hall ahead of the Ashers court case.
Hazelmary talked about throwing herself on the mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ, saying He “never disappointed”.
National importance
Peter and Hazelmary Bull were sued in 2008 by a same-sex couple over their policy to allow only married couples to share a double bed.
In 2011 Bristol County Court ruled against them and ordered them to pay damages of £3,600. Their subsequent appeal to the Supreme Court was unsuccessful.
The Christian Institute’s Legal Defence Fund financially supported the Bulls’ legal case.
